Retry – Borrower


Items end up in the “Retry” status when the Clover system thinks you will have luck retrying the request after the initial attempt has expired has been through all of the lenders in the lender list.

Items will be marked as “Retry” when lenders have marked an item as “Retry” (which can happen if an item is currently in use, but they expect it back soon) or if it was marked as “Will Not Supply” with “Omit Reason.” rather than choosing a reason for not supplying (such as in use, lost, etc.).

To retry a request, just use the drop-down menu under the request status and choose “Approved – Send.”
